1. What this is

GIO F1 Publisher ("the app") is a personal publishing tool operated by Giorgio Nava. It sends content he created to social media accounts he owns. It has no other users and is not sold or offered to the public.

2. Who may use it

Only the operator. Signing in with any other account is not permitted, and any access granted to it can be revoked at any time.

3. Content

All content published through the app is created by the operator, who is responsible for it and for complying with the terms and community guidelines of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service. On TikTok the app only creates drafts; nothing becomes public until the operator posts it in the TikTok app.

4. Third-party platforms

The app uses the official APIs of TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. Their availability and behaviour are outside the operator's control. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn or Formula 1.

5. No warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from its use.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
